I am trying to build a Christmas Star to hang on my house, approx. 3ft. tall. Does anyone have any plans, drawings or suggestions where I may find any plans?

Why not draw your own plan? How difficult could it be?

Yeah, those plans can only be your own because we don't know the specs of the house. I'd say if anything, don't plan on having the Xmas star be made of iron or something heavy that might strain whatever it's hanging or resting on.

So by now you must have made it why not post a pic of it

I think it would be better if you make your own plan. If you have zero experience in making one, you can browse ****** for samples and use these as inspiration. It's always good to have a personal touch in home decors especially Christmas.

i think if your gonna go with the star you should do a 5 sided one since the 6 sided one is whats used for hanukkah might get people confused

It would probably be pretty easy to make one with some scrap 2x4s and a circular saw. Another excuse to piddle around in the garage!

I don't need a reason to piddle around in the garage.
