My garage floor is covered in lime residue so bad it tracks in the house and down the asphalt drive. It appears to be a surface thing because if you do not drive a wet vehicle on it, there is no effervescence. I have already tried a sealer on it once , but is there anything else? The sealer did not even phase it. Maybe some special type of sealer?

I recommend 2 part epoxy garage floor paint.
