Removing glued trim & plastic wall paper

I inherited some 6" border wall paper. Wood trim all around. The trim is glued to the wall.

The bottom of the border sits on top of some cheap wainscot panels and is glued to that on the bottom.

Any thought on how to remove this trim?

Re: Removing glued trim & plastic wall paper

get yourself a "richards" prybar/sc****r.. their kept in the paint section .. its has a sc****r end thats painted red then the front edge is silver. these bars can get in behind trim very easily and do little damage..

using this in combination with a sharp drywall knife you can slowly remove the trim by comination prying and driving the drywall knife into the glue to break the glue bond
