Apprentice Diaries: Tom's Tips for Using a Power Saw

There's a correct way to use a circular saw. There's also a correct way to set the saw down when you're not using it! Unsteady placement of the tool when it isn't in use can lead to a fall that messes up the tool’s alignment. As Tommy explains to TOH Generation NEXT apprentice Bailey, it’s best to stand the saw straight up on the ground nearby. “Reason you stand it up, is you don’t have to bend down so far,” Tommy says.
