“High ceilings,” “oozes character,” and “an opportunity to own an extraordinary piece of local history” will reel ’em in, says Realtor Melanie Herrmann, in Hot Springs, AR.
Homes with subway tile sold 63 days faster and for 6.9% more than homes without it, according to Zillow, the real estate company. Historic paint colors, farmhouse sinks, and exposed brick made hearts race, too.
